‘King of Pop’, Michael Jackson dead at age 50

Michael Jackson On the morning of June 25, 2009, Michael Jackson reportedly collapsed at a rented home in west Los Angeles. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a 911 call at 12:21 pm local (Pacific) time and arrived at 12:30 pm. Jackson was reportedly not breathing and CPR was quickly performed. He fell into a coma and died shortly after being rushed to UCLA Medical Center. The cause of death is reported to be cardiac arrest. Jackson was pronounced dead at about 2:26 pm local time. Although there is no evidence of criminality, Los Angeles Police Department detectives have opened an investigation into his death.[189] An autopsy is said to be scheduled for Friday, June 26, 2009.

Prior to his death, Jackson had been scheduled to perform 50 sold-out concerts to over one million people, at London’s O2 arena, from July 13, 2009 to March 6, 2010. During a publicity press conference, Jackson made suggestions of possible retirement.[146] Randy Phillips, president and chief executive of AEG Live, had stated that the first 10 dates alone would have earned the singer approximately £50 million.

  2. it’s true to say that micheal jakson has left a vacuum in world stages, but it is also true to say that we don’t care about his death, so long as it won’t change our ideas. so it is not good for people like us to make up memories for such personality, because it’s the worst the personality I have ever seen.

I can’t beleive that hee is dead. im his fan since I was 15 years old knmow that i am 39 i’m very sad and heart broken that he deid so young the age of 50 all do I never agreed the type of life style he had. my prayers is that this family would regroup and that his children will have wonderful memories with children he will be missed very much. we love youy Micheal Jackson :(

    oppinions on Michael Jackson, I
    believe he was a legend of all
    times. Even though some had
    bad oppinions of him, maybe it
    has alot to do with being negative
    and not having minds of their own.
    If they had any smarts to begin
    with maybe they would have fallowed
    the media more closly and see how
    people played on his vaunirrablity
    just to get money. RIP Michael.

  23. The world has paid price for not accepting people as who they are and not appreciating the talents that each person is gifts with, by losing a great artist. There are things that a person can change and cant. His sexual disorders , skin colour, aillments how many sergeries he has under gone shouldnt have mattered but his music!!!! We are all responsible for all the trauma that he may have gone through and today we are without a great artist.

I just feel so much for Micheal’s Mother!! she has lost her baby,the one with a gentle soul and soft voice.In all the troubles Micheal has gone through I never seen him raise his voice to anyone in the media despite what they accussed him of.To those who saw him as a bad men they better examine they hearts too and let God be the judge this time!!!

  33. Michael Jackson name is Michael Jackson not Jackos,he was a man created by God. There were just as many positive, humanitarian,giving and great attributes of Michael,that’s not being broadcasted.Michael Jackson was a great gift from God who the world was not completely ready for.     It makes me so sad to think of all the pain he had to suffer just because he was such a nice, caring and loving person. Why can’t some people just accept he did things for people out of love and not for some dark, twised reason?

    I hope he is happy doing what he does best in heaven.

Even those we can’t bless the Death, but, we can always tell the good things he did while people/children where dying bec.. of Famine and things like that. Thanks GOD his enimies lost in court bec.. he was not whom they said he was.. he was just a great nice and kind heart person, the world will miss him a lot. We LOVE you Mikle.
